West Lothian Festival Whitburn Band took the winning spot in the first semi-final of the West Lothian Festival. Kirkintilloch and Kingdom Brass added to a fine evening of entertainment. Kirkintilloch played exceptionally well and presented a very strong programme and were unlucky not to take the top prize.
